    A possible drug deal that went bad sent one person to a hospital with life-threatening gunshot wounds after a Tuesday night incident in the parking lot of the Wal-Mart at 9890 Hutchinson Park Drive, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. Police called to the scene before 10 p.m. found one man in his 20s with a gunshot wound at the store just north of Monument Road.     The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is investigating the discovery of a body late Tuesday in the 1400 block of West 19th Street. Officers were called to the scene near Witschen Avenue about 11:30 p.m and found a man inside a vehicle shot to death, the Sheriff’s Office said.
