    The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is investigating the discovery of a body late Tuesday in the 1400 block of West 19th Street. Officers were called to the scene near Witschen Avenue at 11:30 p.m to find a man inside a vehicle, shot to death, the Sheriff’s Office said.
