A Jacksonville woman died after her Cadillac sport utility vehicle crashed early Saturday on the Interstate 95 soutbound ramp to Eighth Street near downtown. Jacquelyn Yvette Davis, 53, died after being taken to UF Health Jacksonville following the crash about 5:20 a.m., the Florida Highway Patrol said.
