    Gas prices in Jacksonville took a big jump up this week, while holding relatively steady in much of the country. The local average price for a gallon of regular gas went from $2.15 to $2.23 in the past week, according to AAA’s weekly report. That still kept Jacksonville prices the lowest in the state, tied with Orlando and Tampa/St. Petersburg. The average price for Florida rose 3 cents to $2.29.
