JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The Arc Jacksonville opened the nation's first independent living community for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities Wednesday.The Arc Jacksonville Village is located off of Kirbo Way near Hodges Boulevard on the city's Southside.
