    Some beach dwellers who have long claimed Atlantic Beach as their address aren’t happy after getting letters telling them they’re soon going to need to change that. “Your new city name: Jacksonville,” reads the letter from the United States Postal Service. Most but not all of the affected area lies north of Donner Park Island Road and west of Mayport Road.
