    The Jacksonville Farmers Market is making some changes, thanks in part to a $150,000 grant from the city of Jacksonville. Jacksonville City Council approved the grant Tuesday night, with the money coming from the Northwest Jacksonville Economic Development Fund. The market is going to widen the sidewalks, add awnings and bollards, the vertical posts that keep cars from leaving the parking lot and going up on the sidewalks.     About 25 evidence markers remained Wednesday afternoon near West Beaver Street where a man was shot to death.
