  The Jacksonville Farmers Market is making some changes, thanks in part to a $150,000 grant from the city of Jacksonville. Jacksonville City Council approved the grant Tuesday night, with the money coming from the Northwest Jacksonville Economic Development Fund.   About 25 evidence markers remained Wednesday afternoon near West Beaver Street where a man was shot to death. Authorities responded to the 800 block of Line Street about 2:25 p.m. after the shooting, said Sgt. Michael Paul of the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
