A partial human skeleton was found in an abandoned mobile home while the owner was cleaning the property just before noon Thursday, Jacksonville police said.The person who lived there had moved three weeks to a couple of months ago, long after the person died, said Sgt. Jay Farhat.He said there was no immediate indication of foul play, but police want to talk with the man who lived there.Farhat said the mobile home was in a remote area about a mile back from Philips Highway at Judith Avenue in the Bayard area.
