    A man was shot and killed early Wednesday morning in Northside Jacksonville, according to the Sheriff’s Office. Officers were sent to the intersection of West 31st Street and Myrtle Avenue North just after 2 a.m. after reports came in about someone shot, police said. They found a man on the sidewalk a block east of Moncrief Road suffering from at least one gunshot wound to his upper body, police said.
