    A man was shot Tuesday night at the Hilltop apartment complex at 1646 W. 45th St., according to the Jacksonville Sheriffs office. Officers were called to the North Jacksonville complex just after 8:30 p.m. to find the man shot in the upper chest, the wound deemed non-life threatening, according to police. The man was taken to a local hospital for treatment as detectives searched for information on the shooting. Police had no information on the victim or who shot him. Anyone with information ..
