    Jacksonville police are investigating after a 21-year-old woman’s body was found Thursday just off Railway Avenue. A passerby found the woman, later identified as Hannah Darlene Midyette, about 9:45 a.m. off the tiny, wooded road, Sgt. Chuck Ford said. He said there were no visible signs of injury, but they’re treating it as a homicide for the time being. The location is near Harding Avenue and Moncrief Road, but investigators are unsure if that’s where she was killed or when she died. Polic..
