Jacksonville police are investigating after a 21-year-old woman’s body was found Thursday just off Railway Avenue. A passerby found the woman, later identified as Hannah Darlene Midyette, about 9:45 a.m. off the tiny, wooded road, Sgt. Chuck Ford said. He said there were no visible signs of injury, but they’re treating it as a homicide for the time being. A Jacksonville man with an admittedly insatiable penchant for watching child pornography was sentenced to seven years and three months in federal prison, the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced Thursday. USS Adams one step closer to Jacksonville
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - In the closest step to becoming a reality, the USS Adams could soon be on its way to Jacksonville.
